So, last week we had some pretty decent weather for January I reckon, I don’t think me and the doggos are going to be as lucky next week, tomorrow looks especially nasty with sleet forecast for later in the week. Yay.
My favourite photo this week has to be the attached, can’t tell if it’s Harley or Doogie as they’re both black as night and wear a red collar, one of those when I came out from under the tram bridge at Jackson’s Boat and saw how the light was I knew this would be a good one!
I’ve realised I’ve really neglected my website over the last few months, so I’m going to try and do a weekly update here on a Sunday, reviewing the week and previewing the next week.
So, until next week I hope you had as good a weekend as Dennis did! We enjoyed a lovely weekend in North Wales and Dennis just loves the beach.

He’s a lovely black lab and officially takes biggest dog I walk prize, he’s a cracker!
A big welcome to our newest pack member, Bailey who’s a two year old cockapoo, he’s a very nice young man, polite with the others and pretty much kept himself to himself. You do get the feeling he’ll come out of his shell over the next few walks though!
Last walk of the day and I’m pleased to see Dennis still keeping up, even though the others decided an hour of playing chase was the order of the day!
Great walk from these guys today, Poppy has way more energy than one small dog should ever have and quite happily pestered Ico and Dennis for the hour! Fin attempted a few forays but aborted most of them when he got too close!
Bit of rainy start to the day, wasn’t going to put this lot off, had the riverside to ourselves and they made full use of it!
Another lovely walk today, great to see Benji again. We were treated to a canoe flotilla (hope they know about the weir about 300m downstream)
Nice walk this morning, everyone behaved themselves and the sun came out!
